They also must gather information based on specific criteria to create sales opportunities, recruit for events and research market activity. Effective uses and applications:
An Outcall campaign's goal is to contact a targeted group of customers or prospects and deliver a message, gather feedback, generate leads and/or recruit for an event. The most common objectives for an outcall are:- Event and webinar recruitment
- Lead generation and appointement setting
- Create awareness about a product, service, contest, etc.
- Gather market research
Pricing and Options
Two outcall supplier options are available.- Option A — Ingram Micro Outbound Services Group (IMOSG)
This outcall is conducted by Ingram Micro's Outbound Services Group and is recommended for basic recruitment and awareness calling. The calls are conducted in script format. The group can also send follow-up e-mails to the solution providers to whom they've spoken.
Option A is recommended for outcalls for general awareness, recruitment, notify solution providers about a product promotion, or to gather basic market research.
- Option B — Channel Source Direct
This outcall is conducted through Channel Source Direct, and is recommended for midlevel recruitment, and promotional and market-research calling. The out calling agents follow a script. They have the ability to send product information to the solution providers and make follow-up calls to solution providers who have RSVP'd to events.
Option B is recommended for outcalls when more in depth conversion is required about your technology and services. Recommended: to gather market research, appointment setting, lead generation, recruiting solution providers to web-training opportunities, and notifying solution providers about product promotions.

Timeline
We take pride in a quick turnaround. However this is dependent on submission of all outcall materials. A campaign can begin a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks before the requested date. Submission of a Contract is not a guarantee of inclusion. The program manager will contact you upon receiving the receipt of payment.Required Materials
Outcall Script QuestionnaireThree (3) weeks BEFORE the scheduled Outcall start date, a complete Outcall Script Questionnaire is required along with any reference materials. Please email to Jola.Washington@IngramMicro.com. Drafts of the completed script will be sent back for editing and approval upon participation authorization.
E-Mail Documents
Three (3) weeks BEFORE the scheduled Outcall start date, any e-mail materials the Solution Provider wishes to be sent to resellers by the supplier must be forwarded to Jola.Washington@IngramMicro.com
Database
Three (3) weeks BEFORE the scheduled Outcall start date, the Solution Provider is responsible emailing the completed database to Jola.Washington@IngramMicro.com
The Outcall Database must include the following fields:
- Customer Name
- Main Contact
- Phone
- City
- State
Delay in providing completed script questionnaire, complete database, or optional follow-up Solution Provider-supplied materials will postpone outcall start date.
Training Materials (optional)
- The 30-minute training normally takes place about 2-4 business days before the Outcall.
- Email pertinent training information for the scheduled Outcall. Please schedule your materials to arrive at least three (3) business days before the Outcall start date.
- These training materials may include product spec sheets, sales data sheets, product matrices, etc.
